How To Book Self Catering Holiday Villas

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Holiday villas are a great way to have a cheap family holiday. Many families now find that it is too expensive to go on holiday and stay in a hotel and as a result more and more of them are renting holiday villas.

Families love villa holidays because they do not feel restricted in the same way as if they were staying in a hotel. By booking a holiday villa they are able to get great value for money and in many cases pay far less than if staying in a hotel. By staying in a holiday villa you are not restricted to one bedroom and the days of overcrowding are well and truly over!

By going on a villa holiday you are also not tied down to set meal times. The first couple of days eating in a hotel are not too bad but the problem arises when you get sick of the same food. Unfortunately if you have already paid for it you feel obliged to eat it. When staying in holiday villas you do not have these problems as you can choose to eat whenever you like and where ever you like.

You may like to eat out at local restaurants or you may choose to be adventurous and take food home to cook yourself. The great thing about this is that you can spend as much or little as you like on food and your day is not restricted by meal times when on villa holidays.

Holiday villas also offer you far more privacy as you can book a villa with as many bedrooms as you like.If you have young children you are also not stuck in your room every night when they go to bed like you are if you stayed in a hotel. When on a villa holiday you can put your children to bed and then sit down stairs and relax and not worry about the children.

There are holiday villas to suite all price ranges and they can be booked in most warm countries in the world. In recent years there has been a rapid growth of companies offering holiday bookings on the internet. It is now possible to search the internet for your ideal holiday villa at the price you can afford.

All you have to do when booking a holiday villa is decide where you want to go and how much you want to pay. You can then do a search on the internet and see what holiday villas are available. The better holiday home rental companies now provide you with real reviews of each holiday villa written by previous users of the property. Now you do not have to rely upon what the owner or agent said about the property. By reading the reviews you can see what fellow holiday makers thought.

This poses an interesting question as to what will the future be of the traditional travel agent? It is so much easier and cheaper to book a holiday villa on the internet. You now have to ask yourself if you would ever book a holiday villa with a high street travel agent ever again. It will cost you a lot more and you do not have access to the latest reviews of the property as you do booking it on line.

Come To Costa Caleta In The Canaries - You’ll Have An Amazing Time!

Monday, December 29th, 2008

Fuerteventura’s Caleta de Fuste, is one of the crowning glories of the Island, and thousands of people are preparing to make Caleta de Fuste (or Costa Caleta is its also known) their yearly getaway destination of choice.

Things have been a little tough since the money crisis hit the world, but we are on the rebound and this can only be a positive for you, the yearly holiday-maker. The presentfinancial situation cannot last, and we all still need a break or two each year, as those batteries will not recharge themselves you know!

The € may be in a hole right now (and this will change also), but this won’t continue, and the Town still offers superb value for your hard earned money - A meal for four will cost around sixty euros, and a beer is generally €2 to €2.50 per pint.
Plus accommodation issourced from your travel agent, or independent provider. I would stay away from the all-inclusive options on offer here, but it’s a great money saver I guess (in theory at least).

Fuerteventura can offer alow cost holiday alternative as well as sub-tropical all year great weather. So many return again and again to Fuerteventura’s Caleta de Fuste, and you could be one of these lucky holiday-makers.

Why not come along and say ola, and check out caletalive.org I look forward to seeing you there.

NB: Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Island Archipegalo, but is possibly the least commercialized. Its beauty lies in its calm and quiet qualities, stag and hen nights are few and far between, as is the ever present England shirt, so common-placeon other islands.

Come and play in Fuerteventura’s costa caleta or caleta de fuste – just a plane ride from mainland Europe, The UK & Ireland.

We’ll see you there! Bring your sunscreen, and some spending money…
